Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using TheVsHub Arcade. Accessing or playing games on the platform confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of these binding terms.
1. Platform Purpose & Scope
TheVsHub Arcade is a free-to-play browser gaming hub. It is provided strictly for recreational, non-commercial entertainment. No user accounts are managed or maintained. Usage of individual games is entirely serverless, running in real-time inside your client-side browser.
2. User Responsibility & Liability
As the operator of the game portal, we host static web code and configurations. By accessing this platform, you assume full and absolute liability for your usage and hardware configurations.
You agree and confirm that:
- You are solely liable for any actions, controls, inputs, or scripts you deploy while loading the portal code.
- You access and run the HTML5 games on your own initiative, assuming all associated hardware, power, data transfer, and bandwidth costs.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the compatibility of your browser and hardware device (mobile/desktop controllers, canvases, engines).
3. Limitation of Liability
THEVSHUB ARCADE, ITS OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, AND OPERATORS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE PLATFORM OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DATA LOSSES, BROWSER CRASHES, BUGS, SYSTEMS MALFUNCTIONS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL INJURIES STEMMING FROM WEBSITE INTERACTION OR LOCAL STORAGE CORRUPTION.
We make no representations or warranties that the games, virtual controller overlays, or high score systems will execute without interruption, lag, or errors. You run the web application at your own risk.
4. Local Storage Maintenance & Data Recovery
Because your records (scores, plays, recent sessions, trophies) are stored strictly inside your browser's client-side cache (`localStorage`), the platform has no recovery capacity. We cannot retrieve, restore, sync, or migrate your scores in the event of local hardware failure, browser updates, cache deletions, or device resets. You assume full liability for keeping your local storage active.
5. Intellectual Property & CDNs
All in-game engines, static layouts, stylesheets, and custom assets are either developed in-house, hosted open-source, or queried dynamically using CDNs (e.g. Google Fonts, FontAwesome). You may not re-distribute, copy, sell, or exploit the platform assets for commercial purposes without explicit, signed developer authorization.
6. Platform Modifiability
We reserve the right to add, modify, terminate, or remove any game, controller layout, or structural component at any time without prior announcement. We assume zero liability for changes, score resets, or accessibility gaps resulting from portal modifications.
7. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheVsHub Arcade, its developers, assets suppliers, CDNs, and parent platforms (including thevshub.in) from and against any claims, losses, liability, costs, or damages arising out of your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.
